2024 GAA STATE AND JOAD INDOOR CHAMPIONSHIP

Times: Saturday, 9am & 1pm; Sunday, 9am & 1pm
Archers select shooting time at registration. If time is not available, it is already full. Youth archers shooting both events must select two shooting times.

Tournament Fee: $50 per Archer

Disciplines: Barebow (Recurve), Basic Compound, Compound, Fixed Pins and Recurve

Tournament Format: 18-meter Indoor Round, 60 arrows. All archers will be given 3 official practice rounds prior to official scoring. World Archery Rules for shooting and equipment will be used at all times.

Archers will select between 40cm vertical or single spot target during registration.

For the JOAD event, Yeoman/Bowman/Cub Barebow and Recurve will shoot a 60cm target.  U9 Division is available for the JOAD event and will shoot at 9 meters. Register for the event in the U13 division and email alcarcheryevents@gmail.com to enter this category.

Age Divisions: All archers may participate in the State Indoor. Youth archers may shoot in the JOAD and/or the State Indoor.

The GAA JOAD Indoor State Championship & GAA Indoor State Championship are held concurrently on the same weekend. Youth archers may compete in either or both the GAA Indoor State and the GAA JOAD Indoor State. Senior and Masters divisions may compete only in the GAA Indoor State.

All participants must be a member of USA Archery and must show proof of membership. USA Archery memberships can be purchased at www.teamusa.org/usa-archery. Archers must be a resident of Georgia to compete for State Championship awards. Guest divisions will be awarded for non-residents.
